  • Self-ROM (4-5 times daily) with emphasis on maintaining 0° passive extension

  • Emphasize CKC exercise***
  • PROM 0°-130°
  • Patellar Mobilization
  • Mini squats exercises 0°-40O: 30 reps daily
  • Leg press (0°-60°)
  • Bicycle for ROM stimulus and endurance (30 mins without resistance)
  • Pool walking program
  • Stair Master: begin with short step
  • Elliptical
