Exercises

  • Multi-angle isometrics at 90°, 60°, 30°
  • Straight leg raising: 4 directions
  • Multi- Hip Machine (flexion, extension with knee fully extension, abduction, adduction)
  • No hamstring curls
  • Hamstring and calf stretching
  • Knee extension 90°-40°(active-assisted)
  • Mini squats 0°-40°

  • Leg press (0°-60°)
  • PROM/AAROM : 0°-100°
  • Patellar mobilization
  • Proprioception training

All exercise: 3 sets x 10 reps, total 30 reps / day
